Cardiff Construction added a completely new leasing center to the Jones Apartments. Previously, two apartment units had been converted into an office, reducing the property's income potential. Cardiff accommodated the additional leasing building in extra parking spaces, obtained the necessary permits and approvals, and constructed the building in a timely manner. The vaulted ceilings and oversized windows make the space vibrant and fresh. With a new leasing center that acomodates all of the needs of the property.
