The Campbell Apartments were purchased by the ownership group in the midst of a million-dollar insurance claim. Cardiff was engaged during the due diligence process to take over the handling of the insurance claim and properly scope the restoration work. More than 200 units were affected by water damage, and all units were ultimately renovated and restored to like-new condition. This project included both interior and exterior work, as well as a clubhouse renovation and amenity upgrades.
