Constructed in 1927, The Argyle Apartments stand as one of Dallas’s earliest concrete high-rise buildings, featuring some of the most impressive amenities and architectural elements of its era. In 2016, a multi-million-dollar renovation was undertaken to modernize the building and elevate the apartments to a Class A standard. The renovation included the installation of new utilities, the addition of modern elevators, and the implementation of a state-of-the-art fire sprinkler system. The common areas were transformed into vintage-inspired amenity spaces, featuring a new fitness center and a speakeasy lounge. Each of the 48 apartment units underwent a complete upgrade, with redesigned layouts, real wood floors, and historically inspired tile and design elements. The Argyle Apartments have been thoughtfully renovated to blend the charm of the past with the comforts of contemporary living, prepared to meet the demands of the next century while honoring the building’s rich history.
